No Hidden Charges
It can be frustrating having lots of paperwork and bills to deal with, not to mention the extra administrative work needed to process these documents. You will no longer have to spend hours on the phone querying inaccurate or incorrect invoices from your main suppliers. All of your big bills like water rates, gas and electric etc are rolled into one monthly fee, and any other ancillary charges will show on this invoice also. You get one invoice!
Access 24 Hours / 365 Days
Our doors are open from 9-5 every week day whilst the reception is manned. If access is required after or before these times our electronic key fob system will grant you and your staff entry. There is nothing to stop you from working through to the wee hours now!
The last thing you want when getting to work nice and early in the morning is to spend 20 minutes finding a car parking space only to be charged for this privilege. It is also important to consider your customers, who don’t want to have to go through this affair either. Lasyard House has a large private car park that is free to use for all Lasyarders and their customers.

At Lasyard House our manned reception helps to offer another degree of professionalism whilst maintaining a welcoming presence for your customers and staff alike. You’ll never miss another courier collection or signed for parcel again. Our receptionist can also answer calls for you, resend post and even type letters for you if needed*.

With easy access into our building and a fully maintained lift, it is ideal for disabled visitors. It is also perfect for large deliveries and moving your furniture in.
Secure Site & Building
Our site is covered by 24 hour CCTV . The electronic key fob entry system also ensures that building access is kept available to those who have permission to be here. We also have an intercom system that can be linked to your room for remote door access and added convenience. (Upon Request)
Fully Furnished Offices
We have a huge range of modern office furniture and storage equipment at no extra cost. As a small business it can be a huge outlay and inconvenience to find, buy and move new office equipment. From filing cabinets to desk drawers we have plenty of availability.
Toilets & Kitchens On All Floors
Each floor has recently refurbished toilets and kitchen. Ours kitchens include a microwave, kettle, dishwasher and fridge. We also provide all cutlery, mugs and dishes. Our Ladies & Gents Toilets have also be refitted to a high standard. All are cleaned daily.
Our full time receptionist will sign for all parcels that you need to be collected or sent. A mailing service is also available
