24 Hours, 365 Days a year access
Our doors are open from 9-5 every week day whilst the reception is manned. If access is required after or before these times our electronic key fob system will grant you and your staff entry. There is nothing to stop you from working through to the wee hours now!
Free parking for clients & visitors
The last thing you want when getting to work nice and early in the morning is to spend 20 minutes finding a car parking space only to be charged for this privilege. It is also important to consider your customers, who don’t want to have to go through this affair either. Lasyard house has a large private car park that is free to use for all Lasyarders and their staff…. And customers.
Full Time Receptionist
Staff costs can be one of you most costly overheads. At Lasyard House our manned reception helps to offer another degree of professionalism whilst maintaining a welcoming presence for your customers and staff alike. You’ll never miss another courier collection or signed for parcel again. Our receptionist will also answer calls for you, resend post and even type letters for you if needed**.
Lift access to all floors
We have disabled parking and access to our building including a fully maintained lift. The lift is also very useful when it comes to moving furniture into our building.
Secure site & building
Our site is covered by 24 hour CCTV . The electronic key fob entry system also ensures that building access is kept available to those who have permission to be here. We also have an intercom system that can be linked to your room for remote door access and added convenience. (Upon Request)
Fully Furnished Offices
We have a huge range of modern office furniture and storage equipment at no extra cost. As a small business it can be a huge outlay and inconvenience to find, buy and move new office equipment. From filing cabinets to desk drawers we have plenty of availability.
Additional Services Available
Sometimes the services we offer cost us money and so we are forced to hand these costs onto our customers. We are always willing to consider helping you in anyway we can and therefore we make sure these optional extras are available when you need them. We have detailed these items on Our Services page.
Kitchens on every floor
For your convenience, each floor has a well equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, kettle, dishwasher and fridge. We also provide all cutlery, mugs and dishes. Our kitchens are cleaned twice daily by our onsite janitor.
Toilets on every floor
For your convenience, each floor has male and female toilets that are cleaned daily.
Delivery signing facility
Our full time receptionist will sign for all parcels that you need to be collected or sent. Lasyard House is known to all couriers and Royal Mail pickup from our site once daily. Once signed for all packages will be kept safe and at your behest we can inform you of their arrival.
